I am deeply honored and humbled to accept the appointment as Vice President of the Business Psychologists Association of Nevada (BPAN).
Throughout my professional journey, I have come to believe that leadership is not about position, it is about influence, service, and the ability to create meaningful change in the lives of others. This appointment represents an opportunity to contribute to a profession that sits at the intersection of people, leadership, organizational excellence, and the future of work. The throughline has never changed: technology without strategy is just expensive automation, and the most valuable thing an advisor can do is help leadership decide what must not change.
Here is the thesis I am bringing to the table. The field, business psychology is at an inflection point. Organizations are adopting AI faster than they are building the judgment to govern it. Workforce models are being rewritten in real time. The leaders who win this decade will not be the ones with the most data. They will be the ones who can read the signals that data misses.

My agenda as Vice President is concrete. Strengthen the evidence base behind everything BPAN puts its name on. Expand the Association’s reach to organizational leaders and workforce development professionals who need a serious peer community. Translate research into decisions that hold up under pressure.
That conviction now has a larger platform. I intend to use it well.
